Once we have your initial idea, we will ask you a few questions designed to ensure that what we build truly fits you. We will want to understand your preferred travel pace, accommodation preferences, the types of experiences you most enjoy, any activities you would like to include, and any topics you would prefer to avoid. Family travellers, honeymooners, solo adventurers and groups each travel differently, and the more we understand your specific situation, the better we can tailor the journey.
With your preferences in hand, our team designs a full itinerary tailored to your specific interests, pace and logistics. We select the route, accommodations, guides, activities and sequencing, drawing on our knowledge of each destination to ensure that each day delivers something meaningful. We provide a detailed day-by-day itinerary with notes on each accommodation, experience and transition, along with a transparent cost breakdown covering all included elements.
Your first itinerary is a starting point, not a fixed proposal. We welcome questions, amendments and requests for alternatives. Perhaps a particular accommodation does not suit your style, or you would like to spend an extra day in Ella and reduce time elsewhere, or you have heard of a specific experience you want to add. We revise until the plan feels exactly right, with no additional charge for changes during the planning phase. This collaborative process is part of what we offer, and we find that journeys refined through dialogue generate the most enthusiastic responses.
Once you are happy with every detail, we confirm your bookings, prepare a comprehensive pre-departure information pack and remain your primary point of contact for any questions or adjustments in the lead-up to your journey. On arrival in Sri Lanka, you will be met by a member of our team and accompanied by your dedicated driver-guide throughout your stay. Our operations team is available around the clock during your trip for any support you might need, and we check in at key points along the journey to ensure that everything is exactly as it should be.
